Tucker & Sage Botanicals is a plant-based organic skincare brand designed to support skin in transition — particularly during post-procedure environments, sensitivity, and periods of skin reactivity. Our formulations combine organic botanicals with traditional plant-based practices used for generations.
Our products are designed for anyone with sensitive, reactive, or easily irritated skin who wants gentle, trustworthy botanical skincare they can use daily. That includes people recovering from cosmetic or medical procedures, those experiencing hormonal skin changes, treatment-related sensitivity, and anyone who wants high-performing plant-based skincare for the long term.

Our products were originally developed to support skin in transition after cosmetic or medical procedures, using gentle, organic botanicals specifically chosen to comfort and nourish reactive, sensitive skin. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new products during recovery.
We use organic, plant-based botanicals in every formulation. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page, and we're committed to complete transparency — we want you to know exactly what you're putting on your skin and why.
We accept returns of new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must have all security seals intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiating a Return To begin a return, please contact our concierge at concierge@tuckerandsage.com with your order number. Approved returns will be issued a refund to the original form of payment, less a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Gently Used Products If a product is not compatible with your skin, we offer store credit for items that have been gently used (at least 75% of the formula remaining), provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Damages & Discrepancies Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any claims for items damaged in transit or order discrepancies must be submitted to concierge@tuckerandsage.com within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying photographic documentation of the packaging and product.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. For orders placed during a pre-order window, fulfillment is scheduled to begin late July 2026. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
- Standard Flat Rate: A shipping fee of $12.00 applies to all orders under $150.
- Expedited Shipping: Rates for accelerated delivery are calculated at checkout via our premium carriers.
Delivery Constraints
To ensure the secure delivery of our botanical formulas, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Orders exceeding $300 may require a signature upon delivery.
